Is it safe?

Short answer: it is a game, and it is built to stay one.

Doesn't use your HermesThe plugin never calls Hermes: no sessions, files, tools or config. It only draws the game and talks to this scoreboard. Desktop plugins run with the app's permissions, so that is a promise you can check in the source, not a sandbox.
Only name + score leave your machineThe name you pick and your score. No account, no email, no chat content.
No silent updatesYou install one fixed version (0.2.1). New versions only arrive if you install them yourself.

Privacy

The scoreboard stores the name you choose, your scores and run times. To stop spam it also keeps a salted hash of your IP address that changes every day and can't be turned back into the IP; it is never shown. This website counts visits with DataFast. Nothing else is collected. Want your name removed? Message @niklas11891.
